Blue balls? The only time Nintendo said something about NX was during the DeNA partnership to avoid speculation about them leaving the console market, and they even add that they will announce it on 2016. It has been the "media" (I'm not going to call them journalists) and forum users who have been speculating about it since then.
Anyone expecting something about Nintendo's NX at this year's E3 is a fool, and it will be their problem if they feel disappointed.
OT: It could very well be one of the biggest of the recent years if not the biggest one. As for it being the Best, we'll have to wait until it ends. But I doubt it.
