I am confused by how the ownership number graph can have a decrease. How do you disown a digital game? Does steam have an 2 or 3 day return/refund facility? If so there is a lot of churn, with at one point a peak of 8.47 million owners and then just a few days later a low point of 8.21 million.

Its a comment thats very wide spread and you know it but im not going to go around digging up random comments you can do that if you want to disprove my point..

No matter when most of its sales happened doesnt matter point is it still sold great.

If you went to the site and read how it works that could be adjustments to the chart the same way as sales get adjusted here etc..

I don't know it actually. All I know is people observe that PC doesn't sell much in the physical copy department, which is true, but anyone with basic knowledge of PC game sales knows that physical sales are virtually dead in the PC world compared to digital download sales.

You are the one making the claim. I'm just asking for the evidence you have that makes the claim true. Is it OK now for people to throw out random claims about what "people" allegedly say without having to back up those claims with actual evidence?
