I rate them by "presentation"and "announcements" because they can have lotsa games announced but if the presentation is bad, like only showing a glimpse of the game or just a boring CGI the conference will still be meh.
Sony has been a disappointment with their game announcements in the last few years. Last year was just terrible, too long, not much major announcements, non gaming parts like Powers, Adam Boyes being smug on stage, presenting that cringeworthy "gamer letter", Vita no show. I'm not hopeful about them this year either so anything good will be a pleasant surprise.
presentation: rectify mistakes of last year so good
announcements: 5/10 if last few years are anything to go by. Tired of shooters, want Japanese exclusives like Bloodborne but prolly won't get them
Nintendo: not expecting anything either, with a new console coming there won't be any major games in development for Wii U or they're transformed to cross gen. They still won't revive their old IPs either or create new big ones, from their EAD teams. Presentation wise it's likely going to be good.
presentation: good
announcements: 2/10 Tired of the same few franchises Nintendo goes back to, will prolly not have any new AAA game announcement
Microsoft: Been more than a year since Phil Spencer took over, I expect lots from them, specially his tweet saying it'll be the strongest year for them first party wise.
presentation: good, will prolly not show too many cgi after last year, it's time for some gameplay from those games.
announcements: 8/10 expecting really strong 1st party output. New Rare game, Scalebound gameplay hopefully.
