I think both will end up around the 94 range for several reason.
1) Reviewers eat up anything about GTA
2) Tons of hype, many review sites give games higher scores due to hype (though a lot don't)
3) It's a big game so they will be "forgiving" of it's flaws because of it's massive scale (always happens)
Personally i wouldn't give any GTA game above an 8/10 it's just not my type of game. But i can see why people like it, but not as much as it's hyped up to be.
