Pokemon, Mario, MK and the Wii series are just monsters. I have to wonder if Animal Crossing will ever reach the 100m pedigree that these titles have (it'll probably take forever since it's around 27m right now and with Happy Home Designer and a potential Animal Crossing U launching relatively soon, it could be above 35m without much of an issue. Zelda will surely get there first).
Also interesting that Mario Party was the best selling franchise on the GCN, but I guess Mario's face and four entries will do that.
