When graphic start getting in the way of a great game with choppy frame rate, load time and focus on graphic over story or gameplay element then we have an issue. Ideally the full package best graphic, great frame rate, fast load times & great gameplay make for the best experience.
Game that promise best graphic tend to get in trouble since so much work needs to be dedicated simply to graphic.
