While I am NOT sure if it has happened much since the last big update.. the store use to NOT load 50% or more of the time for me on the PS4.. other said they had the same issue.. it would just sit at a blue screen.. forever (tested if it would load and it never would) .. No..  You don't understand.. Its listed the same with ALL other downloaded games.. That doesn't make sense..    X1 was like this, but move it to a different location. You can STILL re-download past apps if you want..  they just don't show up in your LIBRARY along with downloaded apps..  I would rather my actual library not be half full of stuff I deleted of my PS4.
