Yeah, I am certain Sony only owns the rights to the James Bond Movies, much like they own Spider-Man. 

The only reason why I wrote Spider-Man, was because of Sony's renewed friendship with Disney/Marvel. Maybe they could strike some kind of deal about Spider-Man being exclusive to PS.

They can do that, as the also have a very high marketshare. This can also be in the mutual interests of both, as Spiderman games published by ActiVision are of poor quality and sell poorly on all platforms, while one developed by Sucker Punch can be a great game which can make Spiderman a major IP in video games, like what Warner did with Batman.

Same goes for James Bond, but I don't know which Sony studio would be the most suitable for that.
