What games do you consider having the best sense of scale?

I thought fallout 3 really captured that post-apocalypse atmosphere to the point that I've found all other attempts disappointing since (the scale of the barren wasteland really forced a mood on you).

More literally for scale, though... Mr. Mosquito :D
