So many jobs at risks and lives in positions of anxiety, it is unacceptable. I'm sure something is going to be done about this in the near future, if not next year. Once i heard this type of thing (making the employee life a hell) happens in Japan sometimes, but that is a rumour too. I don't know the legislation or cultural aspects there, so who knows.
