I read that achieving the true ending on Very hard (Hardest difficulty challenge successful trophy) is pretty hard, should be a somewhat tough plat to crack.
There was one more review from RPGgamer who mostly praised the gameplay but gave a 2.5/5 because ditzy anime characters seem to annoy him http://www.rpgamer.com/games/other/ps4/omegaq/reviews/omegaqstrev1.html
"As said at the start, Omega Quintet is a game with appeal to fans of previous Compile Heart games, but is highly unlikely to get many more on board." To be fair it'd be pretty hard to keep appealing the previous fans while bringing new ones on board, it's somewhat of a water and olive oil thing.
