They do that all the time. Sometimes a game is put into PS+ exactly on its launch, recently that was the case with Duke Nukem 3D and probably MonsterBag?
Average month, if it included the Vita version of Rayman, it would be much better.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
