Fallout3 will either be an evolution of Daggerfall/Morrowind/Oblivion in the future which would anger the fallout faithful. Or it will be a gameplay successor to Fallout1+2. In both cases it will easily be the best RPG 2008. There are only two great RPG developers left standing Bioware and Bethesda. Since Bioware doesn't release a RPG 2008 the title RPG of the year 2008 will go to a Bethesda title. As easy as that. Fable doesn't even have to apply. |
Ahem, Bioware is releasing 2 RPGs this year: Mass Effect and Dragon Age, both on PC. There's a chance DA might be pushed to early 2009 though.
