This case is absolutely ridiculous, but it shows what kind of crap Nintendo had to deal with all the time back then. The competition couldn't handle it that they couldn't compete with Nintendo, so they kept suing Nintendo in hopes that the courts would view it as an USA vs. Japan thing and rule in favor of the USA. |
