I'm not talking about Rose. I'm talking about Tom's offense. It is bad.

He overachieves in the regular season but when the playoffs comes and other teams start to defend he fails. 

I remeber Deng qoute on 2011: "We played good defense. In offense, we had Derrick Rose"

I think he needs a very good offensive assistance.

Ah gotcha. That I can't really argue with. Tom's a defensive genius, but he is challenged offensively.
