I'm not talking about Rose. I'm talking about Tom's offense. It is bad.

He overachieves in the regular season but when the playoffs comes and other teams start to defend he fails. 

I remeber Deng qoute on 2011: "We played good defense. In offense, we had Derrick Rose"

I think he needs a very good offensive assistance.

Yea. Tom's offense is truly bad. Many times, even Rose is standing still doing nothin when ball is not in his hand.

And I think Tom has the most responsibility for Rose's injury. If he has better offense stratergies, Rose wouldnt be overused like he was and is now.

I say he should tell Rose and Butler to give the ball to Gasol every turn when possible. The offensive should run through Gasol every time.

It will be the easist and fastest way to improve the offensive at the point.
