If its a new game announced at E3, then its probably a new Animal Crossing...

NLG hasn't released a game since March 2013. They could potentially meet a holiday deadline as the game will have been in development for almost 3 years by then (2 years and 8 months).

Plus one of the developers of NLG told on his linkedin profile that he was working on a Wii U game.
