Oblivions was good. Thus far this gen, Uematsu's work was the best, followed by Mass Effect.
Yes, this game is exclusive. Microsoft paid Tri-Ace (or atleast we assume it was an MS moneyhat) to make it, and Square-Enix to publish it.
The composer for IU is the same composer for Eternal Sonata, Valkire Profile, Star Ocean, and many other Namco and Tri-Ace games.
