Well that ain't bright, I guess if I get this I'll be playing strictly against friends and AI, if I can't counter them then playing online with some lag in the mix would make them pretty annoying for me.
There needs to be more ways or methods to counter most moves in fighting games besides ultras or finishers.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
