As others have said I'm massively excited about Guerrilla Game's new IP. I mean it's meant to be a huge open world comparable to The Witcher 3 in scale, tribal characters, set in post apocalyptic world, with mech dinosaurs you have to take on and realistic natural wildlife. There's also meant to be NPCs backing you up and a female redhead lead you play.
This sounds phenomenal too me, I hope it is announced this year, the fact it's been in development for over 4 years means it could very well be one of Sony's holiday 2015 releases to make up for Uncharted 4's delay into 2016.

TBH Sony's developers have so much potential that pretty much all of their studios have potential to announce something, obviously they won't all be announced at E3, but Sony does have a huge selection of options and they could saturate their E3 conference with 1st party exclusive announcements this year, with plenty left over for Gamescom, TGS, PSX and next year.
Sony have played their cards incredibly close to their chest, they'll definitely wow the Playstation audience and gaming community open to variety this year at E3!
