Most servers run on Linux, Apple is the easier to use OS and gnome provides graphical interfaces that own Vista like 360 owns PS1 in that department. Ms is not at all capable of making a good os, they are just experts at promoting it and signing tie neck contracts that force manufacturers to use Windows.
