Personally, FFIX complete remake would be my ultimate high from Square Enix.  How about yours?

Freya was one of my favourites.  I remember how I dealt 9999 damage right away when I she learned Dragon's Crest because I grinded killing so many of those Grand Dragon near the Moogles in the cave near the beginning of the game.
