Hopefully a Norse reboot. Egypt doesn't seem to have varied enough or defined enough Gods. Also think of how popular Norse mythology would be piggy backing on the Thor and Avengers film's success. The Asgardian serpent (Cronos like battle), Baldur, Odin, Loki, Thor, and many more could betray our new protagonist and you get to take them out in a new trilogy or just singular epic game (if they're only making one this gen).
