well MS released their console more than one year before sony and ps3 global sales in europe catch up with 360's ... For ex, in Belgium, there is almost no 360 in stores, only games ... And at the end, they won't be close from ps3, believe me.
As I said, I think the "real" battle's not europe, but the states, where the ps3 still can catch up the 360.
