I'm probably in agreement with most here:
Haze: Potential flop. FPS games need to do something rather noteworthy to separate themselves in an already crowded marketplace. Not sure Haze has that one defining thing that can't be gotten elsewhere.
MGS: Hit. The MGS games sell well. I'm not a giant fan, since i enjoy playing games, not neccessarily watching them, but they sell through the roof.
LBP: Probable critical hit. Probable consumer flop. Not sure this will have the momentum to become a commercial success. I have no doubt that reviewers and those who pay attention to the industry will be all over the game singing its praises. Those who don't pay much attention (and that is really 95% of the market) won't know the first thing about it, and just by seeing a commercial or box for it, won't have the slightest idea what it is. Would take a lot for sales to live up to the industry acclaim it will probably receive.
Killzone 2: I'm leaning towards flop. I managed a Gamestop when the first Killzone came out, and I had tons of our local rabid Sony fans lining up and anticipating the release. Not exaggerating, within the first week or so, probably half of them were traded back in. It did not live up to the hype Sony tried to put out for it, and because of that, I think a lot of folks will be hesitant with the sequel. For being one of the key titles in the Sony catalog at that point in time, the first KZ was a gigantic failure, not even getting to 1M copies.
Resistance 2: Hit. The first one is one of the definitive games for the PS3 so far. I'm guessing that hints at the sequel being quite successful.
GTA4: Hit. GTA sells. (And to any Sony-centric folks out there: Even if it doesn't sell as much as the 360 version, which it probably won't, it can still be a hit. Look at CoD4.)
The dedication you show to any particular console or company is inversely proportional to the number of times you have gotten laid. If you get laid enough, even if you prefer a certain brand, you just don't give enough of a shit to argue about it on the internet.
