After reading the comments. Why would console gamers put 60fps aside? Because a console can't play 3 of 4 games at 60 fps. xD I agree there's no much significant difference in graphics but 60 fps gives absolutely different experience. Some console gamers claim though that 30 fps on console is much smooth than 30 fps on pc. Not sure if it's true or not I must admit.
But to be honest after 1.6M copies sold on Steam I think that we will have to wait 2-3 years for another GTA for PC. Very weak results for almost every game on Steam if SteamSpy is correct enough.
