Really not sure. Probably Pokemon Red, but I have no idea how much. From games that track it, it's Pokemon Pearl with ~400 hours. Also have around 350 hours in Twilight Princess and Brawl. Also every mainline Pokemon game is over 100 hours like another one here said too.
But I have no idea about some games like Spyro (the first two) on the PS1. That is so long ago that I just know I played them a lot, over and over.
