Probably Super Smash Bros Brawl which I played pretty much every week for over 6 years (Until the arrival of Smash for Wii U).
I don't know the the amount of hours but I've already played the Wii U game for over 150 hours in a couple of months. I estimate somewhere between 1000-1500 hours.
