It's apparently still having issues according to the guys over on Dtoid with their PC port review.
With it being about a week now there's still not much being done about the issues plaguing the port, the last 3 MK's on PC were also done by the same studio as MKX and were all reported to be buggy and messy with it apparently taking months to a whole year to fix the issues, I feel this is honestly WB's fault for hiring such a studio that messes this up 4 times in a row.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
