Though I don't disagree with you I can't help but cite that as 3rd parties bieng the issue, if their games are not of a good standard then Nintendo has the right to turn them away, in the end it just appears as though 3rd parties have been given too much freedom and too much leeway that they are able to get away with what they want, imo 3rd parties should be kept in check because this isn't doing the indsutry any favours other than it working on one platform while being crap on the rest or working on 2-3 platforms but ignoring the 4th.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
