What does it mean for DNA or RNA to be perfect? DNA is constantly being broken down, deleted, has new information added, mutated, etc. Despite this it's always able to create new organisms - although some are fated for early deaths, sometimes as early as birth or even earlier. I don't know why defects are a part of "perfect" creation. If you bought a PS4 and it had some issues like the power not always turning on, the fan constantly going on and off, glitches on the screen appear constantly, would you call it a perfect creation? I doubt it.
