GT5 for both. GT has a long history of being a fantastic racing simulator, its going to be the best PS3 game of this generation by a long shot.
FFXIII I get the feeling is going to be extremely 'meh'. It will be graphically amazing but I think it might fail to hold up on plot, character and gameplay.
