"You need to read up on marketing flower, as I told your fellow troll 'callofdute1' (by the way, your persistent anti-Xbox posts on Xbox threads are getting boring and desperate!!), Microsoft have more profit revenue than Sony could dream of. Sony got the upper hand because of MS's arrogance in shipping with Kinect (hence the high price) and the stupid initial restrictions on use etc, so they have lost ground. They are now on an offensive to regain that ground and THEY can do this via reduced unit profits, Sony as a corporation on the other hand are losing money hand over fist and don't have that luxury, Playstation has been their only money making division in the last few years according to their figures!! Fortunately for them, the PS4 has been adopted by kids as the toy to have, and this has (so far) worked for them, HOWEVER, if they maintain their prices, I think that they will start to lose the fight. What people like you and callofdute1 don't realise is that WE NEED BOTH to survive, competition drives innovation and price!!! I also think that if your beloved PS4s were all you say they are, you'd spend more time on them and less time trying to convince everyone else how good they are!"
