There's no need. Capcom already made a game akin to the Souls game but with personality of its own:

 

This game is seriously under appreciated imo. There are some things that could be sorted out(feels a little long in the tooth sometimes, dunno how else to explain it), but the combat was pretty unique and overall an excellent experience. Jumping and clinging onto giant monster while you and your team try to bring the beast down was super satisfying... even if the story was kinda bleh.
