TJ Combo and Spinal deserve their nerfs but at the same time they don't.

Because they're not low level entrance characters, they depend a lot on recaptures and timed combos, so their buffed status was a perk that balanced their high entrance bar.

I hope Sabrewulf nerf was effective. I hate that "all in your face dude".
