Developers are waiting for that one JRPG that sells systems and gets the whole RPG train going, since its clearly still running on the PS2. The most logical bet would be FFXIII. That title will probably result in the PS3 having the biggest RPG fanbase. So my bet goes to the PS3.

You are forgetting that most developers bet on the PS3 to win, thus why FFXIII is on PS3 instead of Wii. The 360 has the most at the moment because they BOUGHT them.

 It is only logical to put your game on the system with the biggest userbase which has more possibilities to sell it. A good 3rd party game on the Wii will sell, this has been already proven.
