This deal was very good when Uncharted 4 was due Winter 2015, This deal is amazing for Microsoft now that Uncharted 4 got delayed. No way Square would ever sign this timed exclusive if it wasn't for uncharted in same launch window.
This deal just double in value without Microsoft having to spent any more. Holiday season is biggest console selling time in the USA; November and December account for almost 50% of the years sales.
So It's a big deal to have the game release in November rather then April.
