I just hope that if you are streaming a game on the Xbox One to the PC that a person can still use the Xbox One for something like Netflix. I don't want it to be were the Xbox One is locked into just the streaming and cant do anything else.

That woould be pretty awesome. Actively running a game and an App simultaneously seems like it would be quite a challenge for consoles. It's simple enough to have one active programme and one dormant as it requires little processing to keep a programme in a dormant state. But even though something like Netflix isn't all that demanding, it still does demand processor, RAM and GPU resources. The RAM thing might not be an issue, but I think GPU and CPU might be a bit weak (on all the consoles) to achieve this. Especially if you're playing a game that developers claim "maxes out" the console.

Would it be any different to snapping netflix while playing a game? You can already stream TV to a smartglass device while playing a game I believe.
