Sony should pay From Software to try their hand at a Monster Hunter clone.

Souls games are no where near similar to Monster Hunter. In many, MANY ways. Honestly Sony would be wasting money paying From Software to make a Monster Hunter clone.

Plus, Sony already have numerous MH clones; Toukiden, Soul Sacrifice, God Eater, I think there is going to be a Dynasty Warriors one too I think?

From Software probably have multiple Bloodborne DLC in the works anyways, and would probably like to make another Armored Core game (when it is cheap to make).

EDIT: I re-read your original post and you seem to want an add on that allows pretty much multiplayer gauntlet or arenas in Souls games. Yes, this could work, but only as DLC. A full game based on it wouldnt work.
