Possible flop: Haze.
The constant delays are worrisome. You know something was seriously wrong when they had ads running for the game last November and suddenly pulled the plug on the release date and moved it back over 6 months. Those ads are extremely expensive and something was very wrong with the game.
Possible flop: Killzone 2.
For this game not to be considered a flop, it has to sell 2m+ and it has to be pretty spectacular. The budget, the delays, the hype, everything has had this game in the forefront of PS3 owner's minds since before the console even released. I think this has a pretty good chance of flopping. My faith in Guerrilla is not very high.
Possible flop: LittleBigPlanet.
I think this game will be great. What I don't know is whether Joe Consumer will fall in love with it and whether it will sell worth a damn. That still remains to be seen.
MGS4, GTA IV, Resistance 2... Not flops. Not even close. All will sell well for their respective developers.
