That woould be pretty awesome. Actively running a game and an App simultaneously seems like it would be quite a challenge for consoles. It's simple enough to have one active programme and one dormant as it requires little processing to keep a programme in a dormant state. But even though something like Netflix isn't all that demanding, it still does demand processor, RAM and GPU resources. The RAM thing might not be an issue, but I think GPU and CPU might be a bit weak (on all the consoles) to achieve this. Especially if you're playing a game that developers claim "maxes out" the console.
