But seriously, that only means that it was a contradiction for Ben to say it, not that the statement is inherently self-contradictory.  It can be true and internally consistent if and only if the speaker is a Sith.  Therefore the joke.

Also the next fallacy would be hasty generalization. Which would bring you to a Non sequitur. Which means Obi-wan is not a sith.
