Why do people say the Ps3 will outsell Xbox360?

While I agree you probably shouldn't list exclusives that haven't been announced, are you really arguing Star Ocean 4 is going to be on the 360?

Actually a website that I've never seen wrong with their listings list it for both. Gamersyde has it as PS3/360. Obviously money talks and could be exclusive to either system but considering rpg's on 360 already I cant not see it going to 360 as well.

 

Square Enix doesn't seem to feel there is any reason to make games for the 360 right now. This is what they said in a recent interview:

Wada: "The main platforms for Square Enix are the Nintendo platforms and the PS3. The lion-share of the developers and our infrastructure as well as our capital is for NDS, Wii and PS3, and this is not going to change."

Star Ocean 4 is a big game. Square Enix allocates a signifficant portion of their budget to big HD RPGs like this. If they were going to be giving a big game like this to the 360, don't you think Wada would have avoided saying they have no interest in it only a few months ago?

Come on folks. Big Square-Enix games just aren't going to be on the 360. Microsoft will fund a few of them like Infinite Undiscovery, but they aren't going to get those that Square funds themselves.
