MGS5 Phantom Pain better graphics than Ground Zeroes ?

I've heard a rumour from several articles since Kojima or someone else said it would be 1080p and 60fps on Ps4 and 720p and 60fps on XB1. But i don't see how that is a problem. it's 60fps
