That pay for easy fatalities made me wanna face palm honestly. I understand that doing the button commands can be hard, but make people pay for them? Really?? Goodness... Why not just make them easier to do, or make an option to do a one button thing? But that's not very good business wise, right?

And be able to pay to unlock everything? Why not just get rid of unlockables then if people don't have time to do that. Goodness, sometimes these microtransactions...
