Both. PR fuel and over estimations about market demand, they must really have believed it would carry the momentum to this year, but even so such amount that lasted until April... yup, they wanted big numbers, way more than they could believe they would be able to actually sell.

The next numbers should be really low.

And people were believing such extra shippments were 360 sales...

they still shipped XB1's  with the new Halo bundle though. shipments wont be that low.
