When you are asleep you still have your sense of sound to wake if hear something. Also sleep is just something we must do regardless of whether we want to or not and it is when we are at out most Vulnerable. If people did not have to sleep they would not do it. Peope are not going to sit at home and put on a VR headset and make it so they can not hear or see whats going on in there homes. As I said before VR will be something for people to go to in the same way we go to an amusement park or a movie but it will never be something that makes it big in peoples home. I can see something like Playstation VR World that a person can take the family out for a night of fun but thats it. Just remember you heard it here first when people start talking about what I just said. |
Where do you live where you need to be ever vigalant incase someone breaks in? You've never thrown headphones in and just listened to music or an audiobook with your eyes closed? This isn't any different than being in an isolated part of your house playing games with a headset on.
