Will Rockstar be a decade without a new big IP?

If they do a new IP there's still gonna be people on them about not making games in their old IPs like GTA, Red Dead, and Bully.  I feel like with Red Dead confirmed, if they make a new IP too they might not squeeze in GTA6 this generation and going a generation without a GTA is a crime.
