Didn't read anything about Sony helping with the development besides their plans to bring it over to home consoles, or did you get that from another source?

As for using a modified PS4 as the system core, this does not confirm exclusivity either. Tekken 6 was developed for Arcade systems that used PS3 hardware as the heart yet it ended up on X360 as well.

Yes they are helping with development, this is nothing like Tekken 7. When Tekken 7 was announced, Sony didn't come up with them or help them, all they did was use a PS4 as their base hardware. They sure as hell didn't use PlayStation buttons or a touchpad(a PS4 controller feature) for Tekken 7 arcade like this is. Also whenever Sony is involved in developement they have some form of exclusivity. What I am sure of, from all  their involvement, this won't come to Xbox One for sure.

Also that came from NeoGAF and they got it from someone who was at the event. Also they said it was a collaboration with SCEJA so yes, this pretty much confirms exclusivity.
