I know what you mean but they're being rather specific. I don't know of any developer who ever claimed a minimum time (to complete the main quest/campaign) while saying that whole dialogues would have to be skipped (and I assume cutscenes as well).

And in Witcher, like in quite a few RPGs, there can be a ton of dialogue.

If it's anything like the first two games, there will be quite a few dialogues and cutscenes. Still, I'm sure that those 25 hours will be beaten, by a lot.

But that doesn't bother me, this is not the kind of game that I want to play in a rush. I'll take my time to explore all of it and see everything that it has to offer.
